How to Use Countdown Widget

This countdown widget works for counting backward to zero. The countdown means a short period of time leading to an important event. However, I’m offering documentation on the widget if you face any trouble while using it.

Let’s get it started.

To Insert Widget

Inserting widget, it is just a matter of dragging and dropping. As you see in the screenshot above.


Content Tab

Using the content tab, you’ll be able to make a layout of a particular part of a website. And in this regard, some handy sections in the tab will assist you a lot.

Now, I’m going to show the sections of the Content Tab and how they work behind the widget.

Layout

This section allows Event Countdown Widget with default. If you want to use this skin, you’ve to set the Event before as you find in the screenshot below.

Go to the Content tab > Layout > Skin > Event List.

Count Layout

Simply, follow the flow Style tab > Count Layout.

You’ll be able to manage the Countdown layout from this section. You can set Gap, Number & Label Gap, Text Alignment. Moreover, Container Width and Content Align.

Event Button

Come to the Content tab > Event Button.

Using the Event Button section, you might manage the button. Here, you can add text, size, and icon to the button.

Additional Options

Just, go to the Content tab > Additional Options.

Here, in this section, you’ll find a few switcher buttons to handle the element of the Countdown. Mostly, View, from it you can set the countdown Block wise or Inline wise.


Style Tab

It is time to work with the Style Tab. The tab will easily have you style the web content (text, image, video, etc.) of the page you want to design.

Count Style

Simply, go to the Style tab > Count Style.

This section is for styling the Countdown as you can see in the screenshot.

Event Title

If you want to style the title of event. Just, go to the Style tab > Event Title.

Number

Go to the Style tab > Number and use the controls as you see.

Label

Each of the Countdown includes label. So, to give style to the label. Simply, go to the Style tab > Label.

Event Button

Normal:

Hover:

Just, come to the Event Button from > the Style tab.

In this section, you will find two modes (Normal and Hover). Both modes will give you hand to style the Event Button. See the photo above.
