A widget, for loading google map on a site, is Advanced Google Map widget. In spite of having some tricky things, the widget is very handy. However, the doc below will show you how you can use the widget.
To Insert Widget
Inserting widget, it is just a matter of dragging and dropping. As you see in the screenshot above.
After inserting the widget, you might find an error and in terms of this, some issues work behind the error. See the screenshot above.
The possible issues are, for example
- Project Creation.
- To generate Google Map API Key
- Adding Billing Info
So, first of all, you’ve to settle the error. Therefore, to do so, visit the URL “How to Set Up Google Map API Key“.
Using the Content Tab, you’ll be able to make a layout of a particular part of a website. And in this regard, some handy sections in the tab will assist you a lot.
Now, I’m going to show the sections of the Content Tab and how they work behind the widget.
Simply, go to the Content tab > Google Map. From this section, you’ll be able to manage Google Map layout. And for that, you should work with the switcher buttons and scroll bars there.
Mostly, Zoom Control – will help you to zoom in and zoom out the map. Similarly, Street View Control -for controlling the street view and Map Type Control – for controlling the map type control.
Another, switcher button is Search Address that will allow you to add a search bar and the bar’s alignment and spacing. Look at the image above.
Go to the Content tab> Marker > hit any one of the repeaters > Content mode.
In terms of the Marker section, you’ll be able to add more repeaters to show location. And to do that just hit the +ADD ITEM button.
The more important thing is every repeater is editable. The repeaters include Content mode and Marker mode.
From the Content mode, you can set Latitude and Longitude value. In addition, you will be able to write Title and Content.
Now, go to the Marker mode > add a marker (if you want) custom-wise.
Now, let’s work with Style Tab. The tab will easily have you style the web content (text, image, video, etc.) of the page you require to design.

In addition, you using CSS Filters can style google map.
In this section, you will be able to style the Search Bar. Simply, go to the Style tab > Search.
